Since 1996, Polser Siemiatycze has belonged to Lactalis Poland, which is part of the world’s largest dairy group, the Lactalis Group.

Polser is a food plant that buys and processes milk. Daily processing of milk 450000 to 500000 liters.
Annual production: mold cheeses 11,000 tons, mozzarella 9,000 tons and 1,500 tons of Parmesan cheese.
The whey extracted is concentrated and sold for further production. The plant has 3 deep wells to meet demand.
Daily water consumption of about 1,000 cubic meters.
Wastewater is transferred to the city’s wastewater treatment plant in accordance with the contract.
The plant has its own transport to collect milk from individual producers, of which there are up to 500 milk suppliers.
