- Zespół Szkół Technicznych im. W. St. Reymonta w Czartajewie (Dluga 130 Street, 17-300 Czartajew; hereafter referred to as the School) informs that in connection with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (GDPR), personal data provided by the client, collaborator, participant of a competition or other project:
- In the contact form, by email, by phone, by mail;
- in the contract and the annexes to the contract, as well as data obtained during its execution;
- As well as those received from our partners;
will be processed by the Technical School Complex named after the founder of the school. W. St. Reymonta, who will become the Administrator of this data.
- Obtaining information about the processing of personal data is possible by contacting the Data Protection Officer in electronic form: e-mail sekretariat@zst.czartajew.pl or in writing: Data Protection Supervisor, ul. Dluga 130, 17-300 Chartayev
- The administrator may process personal data including, but not limited to, the following categories: first and last name and contact information, including: email address, phone number, home address. The remaining scope of data to be processed by the Administrator results each time from the specifics of the service to be provided to the User or the regulations of the project in which the person or entity participates or wishes to participate.
- Personal data may be processed for the following purposes and on the basis of the following grounds:
- User registration on the Portal
- Submitting the application form for apprenticeship;
- Preparation of reports and analysis;
- Submitting an application form for employers;
- Implementation of the agreement between the School Complex and the Employer;
- If additional consents are given (Article 6.1.a), personal data will be processed for the purpose of proposing services of related parties;
- Personal data will be made available to entities cooperating with the administrator in the organization and implementation of projects or services, external entities providing IT support, entities providing accounting services to the administrator to the extent necessary to conduct settlements and fulfill related statutory obligations.
- Depending on the purpose of processing, the Customer’s personal data will be processed for the following period:
- In general, for the duration of the commissioned service, project .
- Due to the possibility of raising claims under the Civil Code, for up to 6 years after the termination of the contract.
- You have the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict processing of your data, as well as to object to the processing of your data, including for the marketing of the School Complex’s own services, and to data portability. The user is entitled to revoke the expressed consent to data processing at any time, as well as to lodge a complaint in connection with data processing to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes at any time and without stating a reason, but with effect from the moment you submit your objection to us.
- Provision of data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for the purposes of using services, providing an offer, concluding and performing a contract, as well as participating in other activities of the School Complex. If you do not provide data or do not consent to its processing, the implementation of individual services, in particular, the execution of the contract may become impossible.
- Personal data will not be subject to profiling.
