  • draws up documents related to the receipt of goods
  • Checks the documents received from the supplier for formality and accounting
  • establishes discrepancies between the goods delivered and those ordered

  • calculates wholesale and retail prices including calculation of margins, discounts and rebates
  • distinguishes between systems that protect warehouses and goods from theft
  • chooses the principles of preparing goods for sale according to the assortment

The student carries out customer orders in various forms of sales

The student performs the following activities within the framework of the described Learning Outcome in apprenticeship:

  • checks the availability of goods
  • Conducts correspondence with the customer regarding the execution of the order
  • Provides clarification to customer inquiries regarding order processing
  • prepares sales documents such as invoice, bill, correction invoice and warehouse document of external release (WZ)
  • determines the amount due for the goods sold
  • accepts payments and receivables in cash or non-cash form
  • performs packaging and dispensing activities

The form will be sent to the Practice Manager of the Technical School Complex. Reymonta in Czartajew. The decision to enroll a student in an internship with a selected employer on a specific date is made by the Practice Manager, based on the applications sent and the availability of places.
