Improving the skills of organizing retail and wholesale trade

OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES:

The student can:

  • Mark goods according to the form of sale, e.g., tags, price tags,
  • Arrange the indicated goods on the racks taking into account the rules of placement,
  • Develop a plan for displaying food goods in the sales floor,
  • Develop a merchandise display plan according to the form of sale and the range of goods,
  • Prepare merchandise displays on the store shelf taking into account the data received,
  • Make a display of goods in the sales room,
  • Arrange merchandise in the sales floor taking into account the principles of merchandising,

ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES:

  • cognitive: Familiarize students with the rules of merchandise placement applicable to a commercial enterprise
