OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE CLASS:

Characterize goods and prepare to provide information about them when dealing with customers.

OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES:

The student can:

  • use the terminology of commodity science and commodity trading,
  • distinguish between assortment groups,
  • classify goods according to various criteria,
  • distinguish packaging,
  • read information, warning and handling signs about goods from descriptions on products, packaging, catalogs and available sources,

ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES:

  • cognitive: Familiarize students with the goods of a commercial enterprise
  • Educational: Mastery of proper recognition of commodity and assortment groups.
