Preparation for teamwork.

OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES:

The student can:

Plan and organize the work of the team,
Analyze the roles played by team members,
Identify the qualities of a leader necessary to lead a team,
motivate team members,
Monitor the work of the team,
Evaluate the quality and timeliness of assigned tasks,
Introduce technical and organizational solutions to optimize the work of the team.
