OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE CLASS:

Apply the rules and procedures for the performance of the task, taking into account the types of legal liability in the profession of a trader

OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES:

The student can:

analyze the rules and procedures for the performance of the task, taking into account the types of legal liability in the profession of a trader,
Apply the law on the protection of personal data and professional secrecy.

ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES:

Cognitive: Familiarize students with the legal basis of personal data protection (RODO)
Educational: Students’ understanding of carrying out the tasks of a trader with respect for professional confidentiality
