This privacy policy applies only to the website http://czartajewnorway.edu.pl/, hereinafter referred to as the Portal, and contains information regarding the processing of personal data and other information regarding users of the aforementioned website. Portal. The Technical School Complex named after the founder of the Portal in question is responsible for maintaining the Portal in question. W. Based on Art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as RODO), we inform you that:

  3. Personal data will be processed: for the purpose of recruiting for apprenticeships organized for the students of the T.V. Technical School Complex. W. St. Reymonta in Czartajevo on the basis of consent given during registration on the Portal. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA) expressed through affirmative action. By providing an e-mail address, you agree to send information regarding the implementation of apprenticeship. The Administrator processes your personal data until you withdraw your consent or object.
  4. For analytics purposes by accessing the site with browser settings that allow such activities. The legal basis for processing personal data is the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO) in processing data for analytical purposes.

Your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data are (1) access to your data, including confirmation of its processing, receipt of a copy of your data and information about its processing (Article 15 RODO), (2) rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data (Article 16 RODO), (3) erasure of data if the Administrator no longer has a legal basis for processing or the data are no longer necessary for the purposes of processing (Article 17 RODO), (4) restriction of data processing in the event of notification that: (a) the data is incorrect – until verified (b) the processing is unlawful and the applicant objects to its deletion (c) the Administrator no longer needs the data, and the applicant needs it to establish, assert and defend claims (Art. 18 RODO), (5) data portability, including receiving it in a structured machine-readable format or requesting that it be sent to another Administrator (Art. 20 RODO), (6) to object to processing for purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the Administrator, in particular direct marketing and against profiling carried out for such purposes (art. 21 RODO), (7) to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in a situation where it constitutes the basis for data processing, which, however, does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of art. 7 paragraph. 3 RODO.
  15. In order to exercise your rights, please contact the Administrator (by submitting a request to the mailbox: sekretariat@zst.czartajew.pl) and indicate the right you wish to exercise.
  16. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, so if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the RODO there is an opportunity to lodge a complaint.
  17. The data you provide will not be subject to profiling.

  7. Within the Portal, its administrator performs profiling – with regard to you, this will take place if your browser settings allow such actions.
