Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Spółka z o.o. in Siemiatycze is a commercial capital company established by the Municipality of Siemiatycze to conduct business. The sole shareholder of the Company is the City of Siemiatycze. The Company was established on June 3, 1993 on the basis of Resolution of the Municipal Council No. XIII/80/93 of May 12, 1993 on the establishment of a one-person Company of the Municipality.

The company carries out its statutory activities through 4 separate organizational establishments, which include:

• Thermal Power Plant,
• City Cleaning Department,
• Production and Trading Plant,
• Water and Sewerage Company.

Among the main, resulting from the statute, activities of the Municipal Enterprise Sp. z o.o. in Siemiatycze include:

• Water treatment and supply,
• Treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater,
• Production and distribution of thermal energy,
• Solid waste landfill management.

These tasks are carried out reliably, on time, in accordance with customer requirements and current legislation, with concern for the environment and in accordance with the principles of social intercourse. Our company’s mission is to provide the customer with the best quality services, while ensuring the least possible negative impact on the environment.

We also have an extensive manufacturing and trading business backed by years of experience. We have been a manufacturer of precast concrete and reinforced concrete products for more than 20 years. We also offer ready-mixed concrete. We manufacture these products based on current standards. (For more information, see “Production and Trading Facility”).

Through our own Fuel Station, we sell LOTOS fuels and diesel and LPG gas. We are also a distributor of propane butane gas in cylinders from Gaspol. We also offer sales of other industrial gases. In addition, as we are engaged in the sale of coal from the KWK Wujek, Staszic and Wesoła mines. We also invite you to our company store with a construction and installation profile (26 A.
